Terms and refunds

These terms cover featured positions bought from Arizona Directories for any of our directories: Arizona Landscape Companies, Arizona Custom Pool Builders and Arizona Countertop Contractors. Each directory's own terms of use cover the rest of that site.

What you are buying

A featured position is advertising placement on the directory and area named when you buy it. It is not a guarantee of calls, leads, rankings in search engines or any amount of traffic. We may decline to sell a position, and we may remove a paid position for false or misleading business information, with a refund for the unused part of the current period.

Payment and renewal

Payments are processed by Stripe. Monthly positions renew each month, on the date you first paid, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars.

Canceling

You can cancel at any time from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing billing@arizonadirectories.com. Cancellation stops the next renewal. Your position stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds

If your position has not gone live within five business days of payment, you can ask for a full refund. After a position goes live, we don't refund the current period, but canceling stops all future charges.

Your listing

Paying does not change the facts on your listing, such as ratings, reviews or license details, and does not change the order of the ranked list on a city page. Listings themselves are free, and a business can ask to correct or remove its listing at any time, paid or not.
