When you buy
Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, business name and the details you enter at checkout. Your card details go to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We use this information to run your position, send receipts and answer billing questions. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.
When you email us
Email to our addresses is forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing, and replies are sent through Brevo. We keep billing correspondence as a record of what was bought and agreed.
